It has a wind up plastic piece that would not fit my wooden crib. I would have liked to have known the dimensions of the crib required for installation. I have a convertable crib set, and the plastic piece would not hold up the mobile. I own the Babyletto Canopy crib. We tried installing it on the side of the crib...since the ends are solid...but the cheap plastic of the mobile would only unscrew to a certain point. It doesn't fit on mine or any of my friends cribs. It also is pretty cheap and doesn't turn very well. I can't return it because once you assemble it is not possible to take it apart again with out breaking it.

I agree that the dimensions required should be listed. I had to tighten it down really hard in order to keep it from falling forward and it made a dent in my crib's wood. The only other place it would have gotten a good fit was a tad too small and now has a big scratch.

I have a Davinci Emily Mini Crib by million dollar baby.
